In the next window you will see if all or only some of your folders are being synced. If the folders that are "missing" are visible but not checked then check them to make them available via File Explorer. I unsynced the 2 because the constant upload was making my computer very slow. After unsyncing I realised all files were gone from my computer. I resynced but all finles were also gone from onedrive.

WebAug 9, 2024 · Go into OneDrive settings under Backup > Manage backup and click "Stop backup" for each of the three folders, Desktop, Documents, Pictures.
