WebYes, normal Ninjas have 11 Ammunition, and they have 2, so my guess is somebody forgot a 0 to make it 20. And they dont get other bonuses like morale or better Stats, so they have just 9 less Ammunition and the same stats. Regular ninjas also used to have 2, but received a buff in one of the patches.
